The boys, along with 43 other scouts from various troops in Brevard County, visited the Air Force Technical Applications Center at Patrick AFB, Fla., May 17, 2014 to earn the prestigious Nuclear Science Merit Badge. Volunteers from the nuclear treaty monitoring center came out to spend the day helping the boys complete the necessary requirements for the badge.
